A dementia care provider is holding a 150-mile cycling challenge to raise £3,000 for two publicly accessible defibrillators in West Bridgford and Cotgrave.
Church Farm Care will stage its Pedal for Pulse fundraiser on Friday 16 October, which is Restart a Heart Day.
Family members, staff and people from the community will attempt to cycle virtually the 150-mile length of Nottinghamshire from the Community Hub at Church Farm Rusticus.

The money raised will fund the purchase, installation and maintenance of two public access defibrillators.
One would be installed outside Church Farm Care Skylarks on Adbolton Lane in West Bridgford, with the second on Owthorpe Road in Cotgrave.

Church Farm Care said the Skylarks home is passed daily by runners, cyclists, dog walkers, residents and visitors to nearby sports and recreational facilities.
Organisers said having a publicly accessible defibrillator nearby could provide potentially lifesaving assistance to someone suffering a cardiac arrest.
CPR and defibrillator training will also be provided throughout the fundraising day for anyone wishing to develop their emergency lifesaving skills.
Local businesses, teams and individuals are being invited to support the event by requesting a cycling slot, donating, providing a raffle prize or sharing the event poster.
Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club has donated two tickets for any fixture in 2027 as a raffle prize.
