Roads closures after a fight in Nottingham are causing traffic delays across the city.
Nottingham City Transport said at 5:18 pm:
‘Roads near the Arena have re-opened, which will help clear the queuing traffic.
‘However, with buses being stuck in queues since lunchtime, severe delays will continue for the next few hours as we try and get buses and drivers to where they should be.

Nottingham Travelwise said at 4:30 pm 30 September:
‘Junctions of Lower Parliament St. A6008 and Fishergate A612 and Lower Parliament with Southwell Road remain closed due to police incident. Long delays on the A60 southbound back to Hucknall Road so please use an alternative route.’
Nottinghamshire Police said:
‘Officers were called to Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham, at 12.43pm today (30 September), following reports of two people fighting in the road.
“One person has been taken to hospital for treatment after sustaining injuries. Road closures are currently in place in Lower Parliament Street and Southwell Road while officers investigate what happened.’
