Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have landed a management instruction on a prime Lace Market location.
The firm is now responsible for the management of 3/5 High Pavement, which is home to high-end, contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar Paris on the ground floor and a multi-let office suite on the upper floor.
NG’s main work will involve the setting up of a service charge relating to the common area services and the general management of the building.
In a further boost for the company, NG’s agency team has also been retained by landlord Carlton Street Trading to market a vacant suite on the upper floor.
