An ‘Autumn Patchwork Concert’ being held at the Quaker Meeting House on Clarendon Street on Saturday in aid of the Friary Drop-In Centre.

There is a real range of performers including a local poet, a trio playing popular pieces, baroque trio sonata and a folk group.

“We ran a similar concert last year and the feedback from those who attended was that it was a really warm and enjoyable event.

“We encouraged the audience to participate in the singing and will be doing the same again this year.

“We hope to raise a good sum for the Friary and know how important fundraising is at a difficult time for charities.

“Entry is free and we asking for donations in aid of the charity at the end of the performance. This can be made via cash or electronically.”

The Concert starts at 7pm at the Quaker Meeting House, 25 Clarendon Street, Nottingham, NG1 5JD
