Construction underway at Beeston residential development

Ground has been broken at a long anticipated residential development on the outskirts of Beeston, with a range of contemporary apartments and homes set to transform disused land close to the increasingly popular Nottingham suburb.

Situated on Peache Way in Bramcote, Baxter Green will see the construction of 12 two  bedroom apartments, as well as 10 four and five bedroom homes.

A first phase of the site was constructed by William May Developments in 2020 and consisted of a range of high-end 4 and 5-bedroom homes, with this second phase taking its name from the road on which the first phase was built.

A handful of properties are expected to complete in the Autumn of 2025, with an on-site sales suite set to open its doors in May, and Baxter Green’s Sales Manager Maria Barker is excited by the specification of the properties as well as the site’s attractive location.

“We’re looking forward to bringing a range of high quality apartments and homes to an area which is becoming increasingly popular for purchasers moving to or relocating within Nottinghamshire,” says Maria.

“These properties will be unique to anything else available within such close proximity to Beeston,” adds Maria. “Underfloor heating, flooring and Stephen Christopher Kitchens will come as standard, with a superior build quality, unique design and a location which benefits from a number of vital commuter links,”

“Prices will be competitive for the location and specification on offer, with the apartments ranging from £325,000 – £390,000. Baxter Green will be perfect for young professionals and downsizers looking for a slice of suburban living and we’re excited to officially open the doors to our sales suite at the beginning of May.”
