West Bridgford’s well-known and popular Central Avenue cafe and bar goes for a name change.
Copper has been operating in West Bridgford since 2009 and the start of the Great Northern group.
Great Northern now lists Refinery, Gilt, The Flower Shop, The Ram and Trent Navigation as its venues.
RedCat Pub Company lists Waterside Bar, Copper city and Copper Mapperley as its owned venues.
The business said in an announcement:
‘Introducing Gilt Café Bar. Formerly Copper Café.’
‘It was time for a little name change so we are now Gilt, West Bridgford.
‘We’ll continue to serve the finest breakfasts, epic brunches and long lunches like we always have.
‘Open in the evenings for dinner and expertly created cocktails.
‘Swing by for a drink or a bite to eat sometime, be good to see you.’
