This update from Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG shows both figures have seen increases in the last week.
Hospitals
- We have seen 100 admissions relating to Covid-19 in the seven days to 22 August, which compares to 118 in the previous 7 day period
- We had 168 beds occupied by Covid+ patients on 24 August, this compares to 160 on 17 August
- Of those 168 beds, 17% (28 beds) were mechanically ventilated
- In the week from 19 – 25 August there were 15 deaths, which compares to 2 the previous week

General Practice
- July saw 492,711 GP appointments with 57% being face-to-face and 51% being the same day or next
Vaccinations
- Latest figures (8 December – 22 August) show in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire 26,683 vaccines have been administered in the last week. In total, 1,334,649 vaccinations have now been administered with 621,182 of these being second doses.
- A breakdown of the figures, alongside ONS population estimates, show vaccines have been administered to 94.3% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 98% of people aged 70-74, 93.5% of people aged 65-69, 99.2% of people aged 60-64, 97.1% of people aged 55-59, 91.8% of people aged 50-54, 84.8% of people aged 45-49 and 89.3% of people aged 40-44, 83.5% of people aged 35-39, 79.7% of people aged 30-34, 62.9% of people aged 25-29, 63.4% of people aged 18-24 and 4.3% of people under the age of 18.
- Second doses have been administered to 92.7% of people aged 80+, 100% of people aged 75-79, 96.9% of people aged 70-74, 92.2% of people aged 65-69, 96.7% of people aged 60-64, 94.4% of people aged 55-59, 88.8% of people aged 50-54, 80.1% of people aged 45-49 and 81.8% of people aged 40-44, 72.2% of people aged 35-39, 63.5% of people aged 30-34, 42% of people aged 25-29, 33.1% of people aged 18-24 and 0.8% of people under the age of 18.
