More than 1,000 potential house buyers have now registered their interest in a new homes development coming soon to West Bridgford.
The milestone has been recorded by Linden Homes, the developer currently building 171 new homes at its Wilford Fields development off Wilford Lane.

When complete, the development will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, just over a mile south of Nottingham’s city centre.

Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “We are delighted to have received such a high level of interest in our Wilford Fields development, which reflects the huge demand for homes in this location.

“Given its location in one of the most desirable postcodes in the area, it is hardly surprising that so many home-hunters have been contacting us to register their interest in Wilford Fields.

“Located just over a mile from West Bridgford town centre, Wilford Fields benefits from an attractive and accessible location close to the heart of Nottingham.
“And the fantastic selection of high quality homes has made the development even more appealing to would-be purchasers.”

Wilford Fields will include 120 homes sold on the open market.

Construction work started on site in West Bridgford in October 2017.
