Nottinghamshire Police is appealing for witnesses after reports of two people having sex in a churchyard.
The incident is believed to have happened at around 5.30 pm on Thursday 7 May in St Mary Magdalene’s churchyard in Church Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Ashfield District Commander, Inspector Mark Dickson said: “Nottinghamshire Police will not tolerate behaviour like this. I would urge anyone with information that will help identify those involved to contact us. We are especially keen to speak with anyone who directly witnessed the incident.”
