Rushcliffe Operation Reacher officers continue their Fatal Four patrols across the borough.
On Saturday night 10 December a male was arrested by Rushcliffe Response Officers after crashing his vehicle into a tree on Melton Road, Edwalton.
He was subsequently arrested after providing a sample of breath at the roadside that was double the drink drive limit.
The fatal four are the most common causes of road accidents and yet, very easy to avoid. Stay within the speed limit, don’t use your mobile phone, always wear a seat belt and never drive if you plan to drink alcohol.
