Officers from Rushcliffe South carried out the warrant.
The operation was carried out on Monday 28 November.
Police said:
‘Officers from the Rushcliffe South Neighbourhood team have conducted a warrant at an address in East Leake.
‘A substantial amount of money, class A and B drugs were seized from the address with the occupant arrested at the scene.

‘A further search linked to the address yielded further money and an offensive weapon.’
