Dunelm voucher offered by housebuilder at Notts development

Rippon Homes is giving prospective purchasers at its Wellow Gardens development in Ollerton an enticing opportunity to get a head start on making their new home their own.

The Nottinghamshire-based developer has teamed up with Dunelm to offer a £100 voucher for the home furnishing store for any new reservations that leads to a purchase at their exclusive collection of three-bedroom bungalows.

Included among the homes still remaining for sale at Wellow Gardens are the Haselmere styles at plots 1 and 4, with prices starting from £269,950.

The Haselmere is a gorgeous, detached home that features a light and airy living room with a striking bay window, a dual-aspect kitchen/diner that has French doors leading to the private rear garden, three good-sized bedrooms, one of which comes complete with its own fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities and a stylish bathroom.

What’s more, the Haselmere viewhome has recently opened its doors, enabling would-be buyers to get a tantalising glimpse of the lifestyle opportunities they could find themselves benefiting from at the development.

The Help to Buy scheme is available at Wellow Gardens, enabling purchasers to buy their new home with just a 5% deposit. The remaining amount is made up from a 20% equity loan and 75% mortgage.

Joanne Shaw, Sales and Marketing Director at Rippon Homes, said: “We’re thrilled to be giving property seekers at Wellow Gardens a chance to get started on the interior design of their new home.

“Purchasing a bungalow at the development provides a blank canvas for buyers to decorate however they would like, and this incentive will come as a huge help in allowing them to put their own, personal stamp on the property.

“I would urge anyone who hopes to make the most of this offer to bring along physical proof of having seen it published when reserving their new home.”

The stunning, detached Haselmere bungalow at plots 1 and 4 remain up for grabs and are priced from £269,950.

Ollerton is a village located just 20 miles from Nottingham and nine miles from Mansfield, on the edge of Sherwood Forest. Perfect for commuters, the village offers great transport links to Mansfield, Nottingham, Lincoln and Sheffield through the nearby A614 and A1.

Ideally surrounded by an array of shops, good restaurants and a friendly community atmosphere, Wellow Gardens is near to many local amenities.

Built using modern methods of construction, all of the properties at Wellow Gardens will be sustainable and more economical to run, saving purchasers heating wastage and money.

Wellow Gardens is situated off Wellow Road, Ollerton, Newark, NG22 9AX, and the Haselmere viewhome is open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
