A large amount of outdoor clothing was stolen after thieves used a van to ram-raid a shop.
Police were called shortly before 1am on Sunday morning to the Trespass outlet in Fosse Way, East Bridgford, after a van (like the one pictured) was driven into the store through a window.
Once inside the balaclava-clad thieves removed thousands of pounds’ worth of outdoor clothing before leaving the scene shortly afterwards.
Officers are analysing vehicle debris and other items left at the scene and would like to speak to anybody who may have seen anything suspicious in the area before or after the incident.
Detective Inspector Nick Hall, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This was a very significant and targeted burglary and we are determined to find the people responsible as quickly as possible.
“In order to do that we’d like to speak with anyone who saw a suspicious white van (similar to the one in this photograph) in the area before or after the raid and would be particularly interested to speak to anyone with dash cam footage of the area. We’d also like to speak with anyone who is offered items of outdoor clothing for sale at low prices.”
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 46 of 15 November.
