East Leake firefighters were called to assist Leicestershire crews.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Service is still present on 16 March damping down hotspots using Turntable Ladder to access difficult-to-reach areas in building.
They will be in attendance for the foreseeable future.
A large-scale fire broke out at HSBC bank in Loughborough, the fire service was called ay 4:50 pm on Wednesday 25 March.
A spokesperson said:
‘Our crew assisted with the search of the town hall wearing breathing apparatus.
‘They also tackled the fire from the roof of Primark following pitching the 13.5meter ladder to gain access to a safe working platform.
‘The crew are now back in the village and are decontaminating the kit used at the incident.’
