Located off Melton Road at the southern edge of this affluent suburb, Edwalton Park is a collection of three and four-bedroom houses for sale.

The first properties to be released off plan will include a selection of three and four-bedroom homes, priced between £299,950 and £459,950.

Michele Rose, Regional Sales Director at Bloor Homes Midlands, said: “There has already been a great deal of interest in our Edwalton Park development ahead of the launch and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors to the site on Saturday.

“The development benefits from a superb location, with a wide range of amenities and green open countryside on its doorstep, as well as easy access to West Bridgford and Nottingham City centre, which is less than four miles away, so it’s hardly surprising that interest has been so high.

“The development has been designed to blend in sympathetically with its picturesque surroundings, and our selection of house types will provide a range of different layouts to suit a wide spectrum of house buyers and lifestyles.

“With contemporary open-plan layouts and high specifications, the homes at Edwalton Park will offer the very best in modern living in a highly desirable and well-connected part of Nottinghamshire, and I would encourage anyone looking for a home in this area to pay us a visit.”

New residents at Edwalton Park will be within walking distance of Edwalton’s range of amenities, which include a primary school, post office, convenience store, café and church. There is a cycle route and wildlife corridor which runs along the disused railway line, while Edwalton Golf Club is just over a mile away.

The sales centre at Edwalton Park will open at 10am on Saturday 12 May.
