Sach, founder of FANPARK said:
“After three years in the making, we’re super excited to finally launch – FANPARK! Finding this terrace with it’s iconic canalside view has provided us with the perfect destination to celebrate and enjoy all things football.
“Alongside boasting the biggest screen in the Midlands, Binks Yard will also host our ENTERTAINMENT schedule, the FOOD zone with our street food traders, and PLAY area for our interactive games. Initially we had discussions with Nottingham Forest direct, before we soon realised there was lots more we wanted to do in our own space. As creating the ultimate fan experience is paramount for us, we’ve drawn inspiration from fan zones all around the world – from the Allianz Arena to the Nou Camp or the tailgate parties of Miami to the urban street markets we have in the UK, our dream is to work towards creating what we believe will be the biggest and best FANPARK, period. We’ve launched FREE tickets to avoid queues (a real issue with other fan zones) and use multiple independent bars to ensure quick service, especially during our amazing Happy Hour. Forest Fans, you’re all invited, we can’t wait!”.Â
Ben Hicklin, head of events at Binks Yard, said: “We’re really looking forward to hosting FANPARK, the team have been amazing to work with and their ideas and dedication on creating the perfect fan experience has been an inspiration to watch. Our upcoming partnership with FANPARK will help elevate our terrace area by providing a unique fan hub in the city the likes of which haven’t been seen before.
