FHP Living has agreed a long term sponsorship deal with Wollaton Cricket Club.

FHP Living has recently expanded its offering into Wollaton, Bramcote and Beeston and has struck a three-year sponsorship deal with the 100-year-old club in support of its promotion hopes.

Wollaton CC captain Joe Fish, who has been a member of the club for almost 20 years, said: “When FHP Living approached the committee we were delighted at the prospect of working with such a quality brand and innovative company. A sponsorship deal of this size is quite rare and we’re very excited to have its support.

“It’s come at an exciting time for the club, as we continue to strive to return to the Nottinghamshire Premier League, while continuing to invest in our junior setup so we can sustain our place in that division.

“FHP Living’s sponsorship will also go towards off-the-pitch improvements. The ground requires a lot of upkeep as we share the facilities with four other sports teams – so this extra funding will make sure our facilities are the best they can be for all of our members.

“I’d like to thank FHP Living for its support and look forward to what I’m sure will be a long and successful relationship,” added Joe.

As market leaders in the city, the Park, Mapperley Park and West Bridgford, FHP Living expanded its offering as a result of an increasing number of enquiries from customers.

Sales consultant at FHP Living, Rose Simpson – who specialises in properties in the Wollaton, Bramcote and Beeston areas – said: “It was a natural expansion of our areas of specialism. As I’m from Wollaton myself – and played as part of the girls’ team for many years – I know the area very well and am aware of the fantastic work the cricket club do in training and nurturing young talent and I’m proud to be able to support the work it does.”

FHP Living – which has offices at Weekday Cross in The Lace Market and Bridgford Road, West Bridgford – sponsors a number of Nottingham sports teams, including Nottingham Rugby Club and West Bridgford Rugby Club as well as Beeston Hockey Club.

“We’ll be sponsoring the club’s barbeque once a month too – which is a great social event, bringing together more than 200 junior team members and their parents. We are also offering a 25 per cent friends and family discount to all Wollaton CC members,” continued Rose.

In the Wollaton, Bramcote and Beeston areas, FHP Living has seen a considerable increase in interest – having marketed and sold four times the number of homes this year alone compared to 2016.

“We have started the year with a bang, handling almost double the total value of properties compared to when I started six months ago – from Bramcote Drive to Adams Hill – as well as working with a selection of new developments in the area to bring a number of new builds to market.

“We’re also dealing with an exciting new site on Derby Road which consists of five, detached new homes,” added Rose.

Managing director of FHP Living, David Hargreaves said: “Our biggest sports sponsorship deal is with Nottingham Trent University – as every sports team carries the FHP Student Living logo on the front of their kit.

“We believe totally in sport from top to bottom with many of our staff playing or coaching from local to national levels and we believe in ‘giving something back’ to the community.”
