“This is an exciting instruction and we have already made excellent headway with many of the properties on the target list. Midcounties Co-op Travel is an established travel brand with a good covenant which is sure to be attractive to any new landlord.
I would urge any landlords or agents involved in the above shops to please get in contact as soon as possible as quick decisions will be made. Where possible Midcounties Co-op Travel will be re-employing former Thomas Cook staff so this opportunity has the potential to benefit all involved.”
