Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue attended the incident at around 6 pm on Saturday 19 February.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said:
‘We are currently dealing with a house fire in Daybrook, Arnold.
‘Crews from Arnold Fire Station, Stockhill Fire Station, London Road Fire Station, Eastwood Fire Station, Mansfield, Edwinstowe Fire Station and Stapleford Fire Station are on scene.
‘Please avoid the area and keep windows and doors shut if you can see or smell smoke.
At 8:14 pm NFRS updated
‘Update: The fire in the property has been extinguished. All persons have been accounted for.
‘Firefighters remain on the scene dampening down and a Fire Investigation will take place tomorrow in daylight.’
8:30 update
Update: 20:30 – We are now scaling the incident down and three pumps will remain on scene. The Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP) has left & Command Support Vehicle is leaving shortly.
