‘The incident happened at Owen’s Place which holds a special place in our hearts and we took a few moments after the incident.

‘Over the next few weeks, we’ll be kick-starting our summer water safety campaign and you’ll see lots of activities from us. We have a very clear aim, and that’s zero accidental drownings.’
