The service had handed the evidence to the police.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said:
‘Fire Call Number 1 of 2023 came in early last night.
‘Firefighter Chambers seen here dealing with a bin fire near to Archers Field in Stapleford.
‘The fire was started by unknown persons, placing fireworks in a bin, which was destroyed.

‘The incident was caught on CCTV and will be handed to the police who are now investigating.’
