First look inside Bustler Nottingham, which opens its doors on Friday 30 September.
Located in the newly renovated Avenue E of Sneinton Market Avenues, Nottingham’s first standalone permanent street food venue will feature a rotation of five vendors each week beginning with Prad Thai, Yard Birds, Kebab Cartel, Elcapos and Bournville waffle.
It will also offer a range of cocktails, organic wines from Sustainable Wine Solutions, and a line of craft beers from local breweries, Neon Raptor, Black Iris, and Totally Brewed.
With seating for up to 250 people inside and a further 100 outside, the new venue is the largest of its kind in Nottingham and follows the runaway success of its popular site in Derby.
Helping to bring more than 18 new jobs to the city, the Street Food Market is set to be a welcome addition to the city’s hospitality scene.
Olivia Pritchard, managing director at Bustler Market, said: “We’re super excited to be opening the doors to our brand-new Nottingham site. The city’s vibrant culture and excellent food scene made it the perfect place for our second Bustler location.
“We’re really passionate about keeping it local and we have a brilliant selection of the UK’s best Street food traders booked to bring food lovers some really delicious street food over the coming weeks.
“But it’s not just about the food, we also have an eclectic roster of DJs and music acts who’ll help to create an atmosphere that’s pretty special. Whether you’re with family, friends, a date or whoever, Bustler Nottingham will have something for everyone.”
Olivia added: “Opting for ethical and greener working practices is something we believe is so important. As such, when choosing our vendors, we’ve taken that into consideration and have accounted for all dietary requirements, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options from at least one of our food stalls available each week.”
“It’s a really exciting time for us and we can’t wait to welcome the people of Nottingham through our doors.”
