Wild Things Keyworth is launching a free monthly ‘Park Run Bus’ from Keyworth to Rushcliffe Park Run and back.
The free-of-charge voluntary shuttle service starts on Saturday 4th February and is aimed at helping those without transport or who cannot cycle who would otherwise love to go either to run, walk or marshal or simply to get out in our local green space.
No local bus goes to this site from Keyworth and Wild Things Keyworth has identified this barrier to access.
They ask people to email wildthingskeyworth@gmail.com by Thursday 2nd February if they would like to be part of the monthly WTK ‘early riser’ group.
The minibus can accommodate 16, and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and it’s already filling up.
The park run itself is free of charge and with transport free of charge too, Wild Things Keyworth is inviting people to ‘give it a go.’
Get out in our local wild space, feel better and regain that connection.
