Their love for cheerleading and talent for coaching lead them to establish EMCA in the summer of 2008. The club has gone from strength to strength and now has 11 competition squads all named after Queen songs who compete, with over 200 boys and girls now at the club and the trophy cabinet is bursting.

In April 2018 EMCA’s Killer Queens (International Open Level 5 team) won a bid to compete in the world championships in America. The team cheered their hearts out and with the new season starting, and since the experience of worlds, the club and the cheerleaders are more committed than ever.
