An emergency closure on Main Street in Gamston is scheduled to remain in place until Friday night while repairs are carried out to a damaged cable.
The road is closed between its junction with Old Tollerton Road and its junction with Grange Farm.
The closure began at 8pm on Saturday 12 September and is scheduled to end at 11.59 pm on Friday 18 September. Restrictions apply 24 hours a day throughout this period.
The emergency works bulletin lists STW as the works promoter and describes the work as repairs to a damaged cable.
Drivers should follow the diversion signs on site. The bulletin does not specify the diversion route.
