A by-election for the Gedling Borough Council ward of Porchester was held yesterday and the results are as follows.
Pauline Annette Allan Labour 1,066 votes – 44% Elected
John Thomas Semens Reform UK 621 votes – 26%
Mark Frederick Dillon Conservative 363 votes – 15%
Richard Sutton Green Party 244 votes -10%
Robert Andrew Swift Liberal Democrats 136 votes – 6%
Pauline Allan of the Labour Party was elected. The turnout for the election was 37.73% (2,438 ballot papers issued)
