Letter from Max Soule, Deputy Director, Local Government Stewardship at Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to Mel Barrett, Chief Executive at Nottingham City Council, confirming the Secretary of State’s ‘minded to’ decision to intervene and appoint Commissioners to the council under section 15(5) and (6) of the Local Government Act 1999 and inviting representations from the council on the proposed intervention package.
