The Willow Tree
Hello again! We are nearly back with you!
At the moment, we are all busy making the pub safe for you to visit and for the staff to serve you. We will obviously have some new rules for everyone to follow and would like to let you know what they are, before you visit us!
1. We have moved our furniture to comply with social distancing rules. Please don’t ask us to add extra tables or chairs to your booking, or move them yourself as we don’t want to disappoint our guests or make anyone feel uncomfortable.
2. All guests will need to book a table, prior to visiting as we will be limited on the numbers of guests we can seat.
3. We will be operating a queueing system, similar to ones being operated at shops etc. already and there will be a host to escort you to your reserved table, also to answer any questions about our new surroundings. We will be confirming all bookings and until then, your table is not guaranteed.
4. We will have an app for you to download, to enable you to order from the comfort of your seat or disposable menus to peruse and then pay for at the bar. We would ask for as much contactless payments as possible please. Everyone entering must have a table number (inside or out) or we will be unable to serve you.
5. Our opening hours will be changing. We will now be opening: 12pm-10pm Monday to Sunday, with our kitchen opening at 12pm and closing at 9pm Monday to Sunday.
6. Please be patient with us as this is all new to us and help us make your experience as pleasant and safe as possible.

The Dorset
During lockdown we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure we are ready for the re-opening of the hospitality industry. Our priority is the safety of all our customers and employees, and we wanted to share with you some of the changes and measures we have put into place at every Distinctive Inns outlet.
SEATING AREAS & CAPACITY
We have reduced the capacity at all four outlets to enable safe social distancing. We have also tastefully installed new screens and partitions, so we comply with the ‘1 metre plus’ guidelines. Initially, layouts cannot be changed, and tables can only be reserved up to a maximum party size of 6 guests.
The outlet capacity will be managed by our skilled team on site, with a strict no standing policy in place. Customers will be permitted to order and pay at the bar, and return to their table or outside seating area when there is no space available inside but they must stand behind the line and social distance as shown on the floor markings.
We will be reviewing the capacity daily, but we will not compromise the safety of our staff and customers.
