Police investigating a break-in at a building site have released images of a man they would like to trace.
Around £3,000 worth of tools were stolen from a property that is undergoing renovation work in Bath Street, near Sneinton Market.
A window was smashed to gain entry at some point over the early May Bank Holiday Weekend (May 1-4).
Officers believe the man in this image will be able to assist with their enquiries.
PC Ben Cunningham, who is leading the investigation, said:
“Having reviewed local CCTV, we have identified a man seen wheeling a large bin down the street in the vicinity of the break-in.
“It is important we speak to the man as part of our inquiries into this report.
“We appreciate the images are not of the best quality but we are hopeful the man will recognise himself and come forward.
“Equally, if you think you know who he is from his clothing or footwear, please get in touch.”
