Police have issued an image of a man they would like to trace after a schoolboy was approached in a Nottingham park.
The 13-year-old was walking to school via Forest Recreation Ground when a man tried to engage him in conversation.
During the exchange, it was reported that the man touched the child’s neck after asking him why he wasn’t wearing a school tie.
The boy, who was with a friend, was not physically harmed but was concerned by the man’s behaviour.
The boy and his friend walked away and reported the incident to teachers, who informed Nottinghamshire Police.
The incident happened on 19 June and officers have pursued a number of lines of enquiry to trace the person involved.
They believe the pictured man will be able to assist their enquiries into the incident and are asking anyone who recognises him to come forward.
