Police investigating a report of a serious sexual assault are looking to trace a potential witness.
Officers believe the man pictured may have witnessed what happened and are asking him to come forward.
The incident is reported to have taken place in Eldon Chambers, off Wheeler Gate, Nottingham city centre, in the early hours of 1 November.
A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident on 8 November and has since been bailed with conditions.
As part of the investigation, detectives have analysed CCTV footage and believe the man pictured may be able to assist them.
Detective Inspector Lisa Jones, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We must stress that the man in the image is a potential witness who could provide invaluable information to assist our investigation. He is not being treated as a suspect.
“Please contact us if you recognise the man pictured in the CCTV image or if you have any information that could assist our investigation.”
