Police have released images of a man they’d like to trace after a woman was sexually assaulted at a Christmas party.
A number of large groups were at The Village Hotel, in Chilwell, for the event on 16 December.
The woman was stood at the bar with a group of her friends when a man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her.
Police were called but the suspect had left.
Officers are keen to trace the pictured man as they believe he will able to assist the investigation.
PC Bruce Mather, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a distressing incident for the victim who was trying to enjoy a Christmas party.
“The behaviour of the man was completely unacceptable and we are determined to track him down.
“As part of our inquiries, we are keen to speak to the person in the images and I would ask him to come forward and assist the investigation.
“I would also encourage anyone who recognises him to get in touch with us on 101, quoting crime number 23*772603.”
