Police investigating a sexual assault on a bus have released images of someone they’d like to talk to.
A woman was approached by a man on the Rainbow 1 bus who then reportedly groped her repeatedly.
The individual got on the service at Hilltop, Eastwood, before disembarking at the stop in Gregory Boulevard, Radford.
This happened around 7.30am on 4 September, with police being informed days later.
Officers are now in a position to release stills of a man they’d like to speak to as part of their investigation.
PC Alex Beardsley, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This will have been a very unpleasant experience for the victim, who was just trying to catch the bus when she was targeted.
“We believe the man in these pictures could have valuable information that could assist our inquiries.
“Bearing this in mind, we’d ask him to please make himself known to us, or for anyone who recognises him to let us know.
“Information can be left by calling the police on 101, quoting incident 230 of 10 September 2024, or can be left with Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
