Image released after TV stolen in Nottingham break-in

Detectives investigating a break-in at a home want to speak to the man in this image.

 

The burglary took place at a property in Frogmore Street, Nottingham, a television was among the items stolen.

The victims, who live in shared accommodation, awoke to discover their home had been broken into.

Other belongings taken during the burglary, which occurred at some point between 5am and 10am on Friday 13 September 2024, included food, alcohol and further electrical items.

Officers have been analysing hours of CCTV footage and are now in a position to release this clip taken from a bus as it passes along Mansfield Road.

Detective Constable Natalia Montano, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“We believe the footage is clear enough for anyone who knows this man to identify him.

“Officers want to speak to him urgently following this burglary as we believe he could have important information. Anyone who knows who he is should get in touch.

“Likewise, if anyone has additional information about the incident, or relevant CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage, please contact officers.

“We are determined to find who is responsible as break-ins of this nature invariably have a financial and emotional impact on victims.

“No one deserves to have their safe space invaded by a stranger in this way.”
