Image released: Pedestrian seriously injured by a car after Nottingham club fight

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to trace after a car hit a pedestrian shortly after an altercation outside a Nottingham nightclub.

Officers have already made two arrests after the incident on Friday 27 October.

They have now released an image of a man they wish to trace which could help them further their investigation.

At around 2.50am, in Talbot Street, there was an altercation between two groups.  One of the groups left the scene on foot in the direction of Goldsmith Street.

It is alleged that the other group entered a vehicle which was then driven towards the group on foot. One 18-year-old man received a serious injury to his left upper leg as a result of being hit by the vehicle.

Detective Victoria Katilu, who is investigating the incident, said:

“The victim in this incident was left with serious injuries as a result of this crash. We are determined to ensure that justice is served and have already made great strides with the investigation.

“We have released an image of a man that could help us further our inquiries. Do you know the man in the picture? Are you the man in the picture? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
