Police have launched an appeal after a shop worker was harassed in the city.
Two unknown people entered a cafe on Clumber Street on 24 July before reportedly hurling insults at an employee.
At around 8.30pm, one individual allegedly threw chewing gum at the server, then tossed pieces of food around the premises and shouted homophobic words at the victim.
Once they were on the way out, they smashed a glass jar.
Investigating officers have now released images of two people they’d like to speak to in connection with the incident.
Sergeant Elizabeth Johnson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“No one should have to go out in the city of Nottingham and face any type of harassment, so we are determined to track down those responsible.
“We believe the people in these images could have information that can assist us with our investigation, so we’d encourage them or anyone who recognises them to get in touch with us.
“Anyone who has information should call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident 880 of 24 July.”
