Image shared after woman sexually assaulted at Nottingham bus stop

Police investigating a sexual assault have released an image of a man they would like to speak with.

The victim, a woman in her 50s, told officers she was sitting at a bus stop in Upper Parliament Street, in Nottingham city centre, when a man touched her inappropriately.

Officers believe the man pictured in this image has information that can help with their investigation and have asked anyone who knows him to come forward.

Sergeant Liz Johnson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“This was an extremely upsetting incident for the woman involved and we are determined to track down the person responsible.

“We have reviewed footage showing the aftermath of the incident and are now asking for the public’s help to identify the person in this image, who we would like to speak to.”
