Images released after men smash their way into a West Bridgford home

Police investigating a burglary have released CCTV images of men they would like to speak to.

Officers were called to Holme Road, West Bridgford, after reports of a break-in at an empty home at around 1.40pm on Saturday (20 August 2022).

Offenders had smashed their way into the building using a metal pole to break panels on the front door and a side door.

One of the men officers want to trace is described as white, with short dark hair, stubble, around 5ft 11ins tall, He was wearing a black puffa jacket and black trousers, and was riding a push bike.

Police Constable Joseph Barker, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are absolutely committed to ensuring the person responsible for this break-in is brought to justice.

“As part of our investigation, we are now in a position to release images of individuals who we think could help us get to the bottom of what happened.

“If anyone saw this incident, has CCTV or dash-cam footage, or indeed any other information that could assist us, we’d ask that they call 101, quoting incident 393 of 20 August 2022.”
