Images shared after man headbutted in Nottingham city bar

Officers are seeking the public’s help to identify a person they want to speak to after a man was headbutted in a bar.

The victim suffered facial injuries following the incident which happened at Pepper Rocks in Pepper Street, Nottingham city centre, around 12:15 am on Saturday 21 June.

As part of their investigative work, officers have now issued CCTV images of a man they want to trace in connection with the incident.

PC Aaron Harthill-Harrison, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This nasty attack left the victim not just with facial injuries but also with a fear of going out in the city centre.

“Members of the public should be able to go out for a drink with their friends and feel safe in doing so. 

“We believe the man pictured in this image will have information valuable to our investigation and would ask him, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward as soon as possible.”

Anyone who recognises the man is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 31 of 21 June 2025 , or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
