Due to a processing error, those under the age of 70 who are clinically extremely vulnerable have received a letter signposting them to a SwiftQueue link only eligible for the over 70s.
A second letter has been sent to rectify this and will direct them to a bespoke page on the website where they are able to book their Covid-19 vaccination.
Anyone under the age of 70 who is clinically extremely vulnerable will need to bring their second invitation letter or their shielding letter to their appointment as proof that they are eligible for vaccination.’
A spokesperson for NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG said: “Letters have been sent to the over 70s cohort and those who have been identified as clinically extremely vulnerable. People under the age of 70 who have been identified as clinically extremely vulnerable will receive a second letter with a bespoke link to book their Covid-19 vaccination. They will need to bring this second letter to their appointment as proof that they are eligible.”
Over 70s who have received the letter can use the link as normal.
