Perkins Family restaurants is seeking an ambitious Deputy General Manager to help run escabeche tapas bar and restaurant.
Established in 2010, escabeche focuses on delivering excellent fresh, flavour-packed tapas in a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
escabeche forms part of a small group of local restaurants and venues including baresca, Perkins Bar & Bistro and The Carriage Hall.
This is a hands on operational role where your main task will be managing the team to deliver superb customer experiences in a bustling, busy environment. You will also assist the General Manager to profitably manage all aspects of the venue. The main functions of the role are to take responsibility for:
– All aspects of the customer experience
– The day to day management of the venue and service operations
– Staff Recruitment, Development and Performance
– Financial Performance in line with agreed budget
– Legal compliance
– Property & grounds management
The candidate must be customer focused, immaculately presented, have great people management skills and a keen eye for detail.
