    The Carriage Hall is a beautiful wedding and events venue in Plumtree Nottingham, with 3 luxury Shepherd huts within the grounds.  We are part of Perkins family and our other venues include, Perkins Bar & Bistro – a relaxed countryside bistro with a focus on fine local produce, Escabeche – unique and highly rated tapas bar & restaurant in the heart of West Bridgford, Nottingham and Baresca in the City Centre, taken from the culinary, atmospheric and visual inspiration from the amazing Catalan capital, Barcelona.

    We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant and Events coordinator with a warm personality, eye for detail and genuine smile.  They must embrace our company Values which includes putting the customers first, demanding and delivering high standards as well as treating everyone with respect and being positive at all times.

    The key aspects to the job include-

    1. General administration, including answering telephones, filing, emailing
    2. Preparing quotes for potential Bride and Grooms
    3. Planning and coordinating meetings with wedding couples/ corporate clients
    4. Planning and conducting show-rounds of the hall
    5. Chasing leads & existing enquiries
    6. Updating sales records and reporting on sales performance
    7. Putting forward new marketing ideas
    8. Ensuring our social media and on site advertising is up to date
    9. Supporting the sales manager in making sure we have all the marketing and promotion information up to date for the  in house events that run through the year i.e. wine dinners, Christmas market, open days etc
    10. Helping to make sure the standard of the hall, grounds and accommodation is immaculate and ready for viewings etc
    11. Menu tasting for Bride and Grooms
    12. Assisting to make sure the accommodation is prepared to standard and all paper work up to date
    13. Assisting the operations team in the running of events
