All remain in police custody.

The plants will be taken away and destroyed, and all growing equipment will be put beyond use.

Detective Inspector Jon Kerry, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This is an industrial scale grow that has now been taken off-line permanently.

“Cannabis production on this scale is an extremely serious crime that often brings with it associated offences like burglary, modern slavery and serious acts of violence.

“We are working every day to disrupt the trade in illegal drugs and regularly carry out proactive warrants at addresses of interest.”
