Police seized large amounts of Class A and Class B drugs during a house raid.
Heroin, cocaine and cannabis were all found inside the property on Haydn Road, Sherwood.
Officers from the City North, City West and City Centre areas carried out the planned warrant together following reports of drug activity.
Once inside the house, bags full of Class A drugs were quickly discovered in the bathroom.
A further search of the property then led to large bags full of cannabis and cocaine being seized by police.
Large quantities of cash were also removed by officers.
Officers from the City North neighbourhood policing team and the City North, City West and City Centre Operation Reacher teams carried out the search at around 9 am on Thursday (9 March).
A 29-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
The suspects were also arrested for possession of the criminal property and the importation of drugs.
Detective Sergeant James Hirst, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Thanks to the efforts of the officers who carried out this warrant, we were able to take large quantities of drugs out of circulation.
“This was a fantastic example of officers working together to get a positive result, with the raid leading to us arresting two suspects for a range of offences.
“Proactive policing jobs such as this play a major role in allowing us to zero in on those we suspect could be involved in criminal behaviour – and this includes drug activity.
“We don’t want to see these types of operations anywhere near our communities, so we’re pleased to have been able to shut this location down and seize the illicit items inside.
“Despite making these arrests, our inquiries are still very much ongoing into this incident, so we’d ask anyone with information to call the police on 101, quoting incident 113 of 9 March 2023.
“Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
