All lanes now open There are residual delays of 45 minutes and approx. 3 miles of congestion on the A453 south.
There are 20 minute delays on the M1 north and south exit slip roads at J24.

‘There has been a multi-vehicle traffic collision on the A453 southbound onto the M1 J24 Rbt near Kegworth.
‘National Highways Traffic Officers and Leicestershire Police are on the scene.
‘There are 45 minute delays and approx. three miles of congestion.
‘Please plan ahead.
