Live updates: A52 westbound closed because of flooding

The A52 westbound is closed between the A6007 near Bramcote and B6003 near Stapleford due to flooding.

All lanes have reopened

One lane is now open on the A52 westbound between A6007 near Bramcote and B6003 near Stapleford

One lane remains closed due to flooding.

Our contractors are clearing the flood water.

Currently, there are delays of less than 10 minutes on the approach.

‘Traffic is diverted via local roads below:

‘The A6007 and A6002 northbound, the A610 westbound to the M1 at J26, Nuttall. Then head south on the M1.

‘Delays are likely on the approach to this closure, with additional journey times also expected on diversion routes.’
