The Environment Agency has issued flood alerts for Notts locations.

River Trent Tributaries in Nottinghamshire
Flooding is possible – be prepared

River levels have risen at the Lowdham Grange river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible from 9:00pm tonight, 14/10/19. Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads around the tributaries of the River Trent in Nottinghamshire, the River Greet, Potwell Dyke, Dover Beck, Cocker Beck, Thurgarton Beck and others. We expect river levels to remain high until Tuesday morning, 15/10/19. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 15/10/19, or as the situation changes.

River Maun in Nottinghamshire
Flooding is possible – be prepared

River levels are forecast to rise at the Whitewater Bridge river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible from 1:00am tomorrow, 15/10/19. Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads around Mansfield, the Sherwood Forest Caravan Park at Clipstone, Edwinstowe, Ollerton, Whitewater Lane at Whitewater Bridge and West Drayton. We expect river levels to remain high until at least Wednesday afternoon, 16/10/19. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 15/10/19, or as the situation changes.

Flooding is possible – be prepared

River levels are forecast to rise at the Bulwell river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible from 12:30am tomorrow, 15/10/19. Areas most at risk are low-lying recreational areas and roads including High School playing fields on Valley Road and other low lying land and recreational areas. We expect river levels to remain high until 7:00am on 15/10/19. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 15/10/19, or as the situation changes.

River Trent from Cromwell Weir to Gainsborough
Flooding is possible – be prepared

River levels are forecast to rise at the Torksey river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall and the tide. Flooding is possible on high tides tonight (between 10:30pm and 12:00pm), 14/10/19, and tomorrow morning (from 10:00am). Areas most at risk are Church Laneham to Rampton Road. We expect river levels to remain high until at least Wednesday morning. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated this afternoon, 14/10/19, or as the situation changes.
