Diversion Route
Road users are advised to follow the hollow square diversion symbol visible on local road signs.
Exit the M1 at J28 southbound.
Take the third exit and join the A38 and follow for approx. 6 miles until its junction with the A610.
Take the exit and follow the A610 for approx. 6 miles until its junction with the M1 at J26.
Rejoin the M1 southbound at J26.
