Posture Nottingham, a reformer Pilates and wellness studio, offers a transformative journey to health and wellness.
This unique facility is the brainchild of Stevie Simmons, whose personal journey to wellness sparked a passion for reformer Pilates.
Stevie’s story is an inspiring tale of resilience and self-discovery. Born prematurely, she battled constant health issues for most of her life.
The struggle led her to explore numerous diets and health fads, trying to regain control of her health. However, it wasn’t until her introduction to Pilates at age 28 that she found the key to holistic wellness.
This transformative experience occurred while Stevie was residing in a community in Dubai.
Here, she discovered Reformer Pilates, a dynamic, high-intensity yet low-impact form of Pilates that utilises a specialised machine to deliver a more intense and precise workout than traditional Pilates. This, she found, was the final piece in her wellness puzzle.
Fast forward to the present, and Stevie’s experiences have culminated in the creation of Posture Nottingham, her brand new studio in Colwick.
More than just a fitness studio, it’s a tranquil, light-filled space intentionally designed to inspire and facilitate a transformative journey to health and wellness.
The studio offers a range of Reformer and traditional Pilates, yoga, and wellness classes for a comprehensive mind and body practice.
But the experience doesn’t end with the classes.
Posture Nottingham is committed to making each visit as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. It boasts free onsite parking, changing and shower facilities, and a café and relaxation area where guests can decompress or socialise before or after their class.
To celebrate its grand opening which took place on 30 June, Posture Nottingham is offering free, no-commitment yoga and Reformer classes from the 3rd to the 16th of July.
