Get ready for spooky family fun this October half-term as friendly rooftop monsters return to Nottingham city centre from Monday 23 October to Sunday 5 November 2023.
You’ll be able to spot the crazy creatures at Theatre Royal, Bravissimo on Bridlesmith Gate, Victoria Centre – at the main entrance and at the Clock Tower entrance – The Cornerhouse, Nottingham Castle and Binks Yard – look up and you really won’t be able to miss them!
There’s more to enjoy closer to the ground too with festivities running throughout half-term; look out for chocolate-making and craft workshops where the whole family can enjoy pumpkin carving, plus zombie tea light jar and ghosting milk bottle crafting.
Take a trip into the city on Tuesday 31 October to enjoy live entertainment and spooky activities across the city, including a monster mash disco at Nottingham Castle bandstand from 11am to 3pm.
Batman and his Batmobile will be making a special guest appearance on Bolero Square at Motorpoint Arena, and Ecto-1 and the Ghostbusters on King Street between 10.30am and 4pm.
Children over three years of age can make their Halloween outfits come to life by visiting our boooo-tiful face painters who can be found at various locations across the city centre on Tuesday 31 October.
Plan your visit by heading to www.itsinnottingham.com/news/holiday-activities or pop in to Nottingham Tourism Information Centre on Smithy Row to pick up a map showing all the festival venues and monster locations. Maps will also be available to pick up from the Batmobile, Ghostbusters and face-painting locations on Tuesday 31 October 2023.
With fun for all ages, we can’t wait to welcome you to Halloween in Nottingham.
Most of the activities are free to attend but some charges apply – please check our website for further details.
